Hi dropchew:

I chose to start with user_relationships because it has more users. Once drutalk is proved to be stable. I will extend it to support friendlist.

Added flag_friend to the issue title.

While flag_friend is another (lightweight + generic + promising) way to realize user relations, it would be nice to have an integration for that, too.
