Automatically Start Tracking When A Page is Viewed

Is there a way to have the module automatically start tracking time when a page is viewed, without having to click the "Start" button? From what I can tell, I don't think it is possible just using the user, or administrative interfaces.

I would assume that if you always want the tracking to start automatically that there would be an easy way to change the code of the module to do that. Would that be correct? Is there anyone that could tell me how to do that?

And is there any chance that a feature could be added to allow administrators to choose whether or not the tracking starts automatically upon viewing the page?
