hello . i am using drupal 613 , one day my site got an internal server problem 500 ! well i cant do anything to the site , so i tried upgrading with no luck i cant upgrade the normal way so now i made an 614 folder transfered the sites and modules and my theme from 613 to 614 folder well the site works ok but the users cant find them nowere and so is the admin user so i cant do anything to the 614 drupal site and i need help how can fix this problem :S :( thnx in advance

my problem is that all my site links etc is ok but my users is not accessible and i cant use my admin user neither !

So your users cannot login? Was this the same before you upgraded? You mentioned problems.
What happens when you try to login? Do you always get the 500 error?

when i try log in says that i forgot my pass(even the links with the names of the user is dead aand dead i mean is not clickable anymore) ! the 500 error ocured in my old site 613 and that was the reason i want to upgrade!

This should allow you to login.
Have you tried pages like ?q=user/password too? It could be that your server isn't supporting the clean urls properly?

the thing is that says that Further instructions have been sent to your e-mail address . but no mail is sent :s

Assuming that the email hasn't been caught by a junk / spam folder in your inbox, then it sounds like your server isn't sending emails.
Perhaps contact your host - this combined with the server 500 warnings indicate that perhaps not all of the settings / resources are enabled.
well
in my last instalation emailing was ok :S i had contacted my host about the 500 error and had to check my error log :S the error log said php_value takes two arguments ! is there anyway to transfer the users from the previus database to a new one of a fresh install of drupal :S ?
