Between 6.x-1.0 and 6.x-1.1, a lot of new features / content types / vocabulary was added. However, if you already have 6.x-1.0 installed and upgrade to 6.x-1.1, those don't get enabled properly because they only exist in hook_install. Should these features be moved to a hook_update_N so people can upgrade properly?
