thank you for this useful module!

I would like to suggest one little thing that would make administration of this module a bit easier: Add
package = "Rules"
to pathrules.info so that the module appears in the same fieldset as its mother module (Rules) at admin/build/modules.

Also, this seems like an integral part of the Rules module. I propose you see if fago will integrate this as a new feature.
