This seems a little bit antagonistic, especially if used on a website that is outward-facing/has customers. Couldn't it be switched to something more friendly, like 'unsupported'?

This string is provided by drupal core. Views cannot do anything here, but you can use the stringoverride module, and change the text to what you need/want.
