of course drupal can. You need to be more specific what you need. Design work ? theming work ? site implementation ? custom module ?

Clean design.. Easy to ad content.. Manage it.. and it should look kool

Ad management must be there.. and whatever necessary...

we are starting it and we are not much experienced.. You will have to suggest us the things.
