I have a finished module called "Friendofthefamily" which gives you a new content-type. The node created under that content type can only be accessed after having answered a set of questions. With that you can check for example, if the person that tries to access the node, knows you. only then he can acceess the node. The qeustions can be administred by user role. I always wanted an easy alternative to a login/password for content. With that people don't need to set up an account. I use it for example on my website for my picasa pictures. I publish the links (which are set on picasa to private) on a "firendofthefamily" node. The questions are so that only people who know us can answer them. With that, the links are not there for "everyone". But since the pictures are not very sensitive lots of security is not demanded.
The module is very nicely programmed, with all t()'s installation file, README.txt and INSTALL. It would be ready to be contributed. I could also send you the files in a zip if you'd like to check them.
