The Berliner.de case study got promoted today, so this should probably go up Thursday or Friday, and we can then bump CrowdedText to next week. I'll be more than happy to review the post in the meantime; at the very least, we probably want to edit down the title.

I've shortened the title a little further, changed the logo to one of the ones provided by the Knight Foundation, made a few edits to correct tense confusion, and punched up the closing paragraph a little. Marking this as RTBC for promotion tomorrow.
