OK, so there's 1200-odd users for this module, but we haven't seen any incremental recommended release for a good year and it looks like the maintainers have other priorities?

As an end user, I'd like to know if there is a plan... particularly in terms of D7 as there is no commitment at present to ensure the module is compatible with D7 that I can see.

Plus there have been some patches suggested on the issue queue which look like they could do rolling into a fresh version perhaps?

Or maybe times have moved on and there are other solutions to the problem this module originally was published to solve?

Any insight welcome.

There will be a D7 release of this module. I'm already committed to it. That development will start when Views for D7 is in pretty good shape.

As for D6 work, I know I have been neglecting the issue queue a bit. I'll give it at least 10 hours of love before the end of this year.

10hrs on D6 in the next 16 days and a commitment to a D7 release! Sounds like a good deal to me.
