This is "review site".Anyone can post a review and earn some points.Also everybody can write own small review (comment)+vote using fivestar and get some points as well. I use nodecomment for this.
So,here is my question: how to forbid node author that posted the review to comment himself?

While you could make review system with Node Comments, it's out of the scope of this module. The main goal is to replace core comment module.
