Search result highlighting doesn't find terms that were matched outside of the "contents" field.

If a term is matched in one of the biased fields and was not also matched in the "contents" field, it will not be highlighted. A parameter should be added to the luceneapi_positive_keys_get() function to pass a whitelist of fields to pull the matches from.
