Field Permissions Module Settings

Hello All,
I am currently trying to use the Field Permissions Module, yet I can't find the "field settings form" indicated in this direction.

"Once Field Permissions module is installed, you need to edit the field settings form to enable permissions for each field where you need this feature."

Where can these settings be found?
