I think I've found a bug in Drupal 6.14 and am wondering how to report it?
Setting up roles, access/display of the form element to manage (enable) comments on the node creation forms is controlled by the "administer comments" permission. When this role is assigned to a group the User 1 account no longer has access to this item. I'm under the impression that user 1 (uid:1) should have full access to everything, all the time regardless of role assignments.
Is this a bug or perhaps a false assumption?
