Hi Folks,
Recently I reported that I got going all the different input sources except "Feed source". There I got an error, which I reported and which got moved over to that module.
So, could somebody explain to me what are valid existing feed sources and/or what invokes that "Feed source" option. Is there something that different modules must implement to become "Views3 compliant" or is Views3 looking for certain things to exist within existing modules ?
P.S. All I want (: in a simplest way possible :) is to start with one of those GData YouTube URLS's and end up with lists, tables, whatever - full of YouTube videos - preferrably without having to have any nodes with URL's in them, nor having to create any nodes for persistence of REST results.
Regards.

tesliana commentedThe module in questions is Feeds. First I tried FeedApi but Views3 never offered "Feed source" as an option until I installed Feeds.

merlinofchaos commentedI am not familiar with the term 'feed source' -- is this maybe something that's provided by a plugin to Views? (Possibly the feeds module?)
tesliana commentedIt seems to be the case because it appears on the first page (on the long list underneath Node) when creating a brand new View and it appears only after the Feeds module is installed.

merlinofchaos commentedPlease change this issue to the feeds module project, then, and return it to the 'active' state.

Thanks for you help.
