Theme Bio view page

there, i don't if there's still someone around here, but I am having a problem with creating a template for the view page of a bio. I tried many different variations like: page-bio-user-profile.tpl.php bio-user-profile.tpl.php but also page-contentypname-view .tpl.php Nothing seems to work ...
