The stagingdb mysql server is down and won't come up. All staging sites are down as a result.

The err log shows this sort of thing in abundance:

InnoDB: Error: trying to add tablespace 3441 of name './nnewton2/moderation_filters.ibd'
InnoDB: to the tablespace memory cache, but tablespace
InnoDB: 3441 of name './staging2/moderation_filters.ibd' already exists in the tablespace
InnoDB: memory cache!
InnoDB: Error: trying to add tablespace 3476 of name './nnewton2/project_releases.ibd'
InnoDB: to the tablespace memory cache, but tablespace
InnoDB: 3476 of name './staging2/project_releases.ibd' already exists in the tablespace
InnoDB: memory cache!
InnoDB: Error: trying to add tablespace 3465 of name './nnewton2/project_issue_comments.ibd'

nnewton2 was a backup of staging2, I ran chmod a-rwx on it.

I also nuked civicspace.drupal.org.err, which was... 35 GB.
