Multiple groups of node references and taxonomies.

Hi everyone,

I'm working on a project and stock on one issue that I don't know if it is even possible to do with CCK. The ideas is like on the attached image. I would like to create multiple strong relations between node references and taxonomies in a content form. TAKE a look to the image.

I would be very grateful is someone would tell me if it's possible to do it, or I would have to code it.
