I deleted a flag and then I went to "create new content" and looked at the content type but the flag area is still showing up. It also still has the show flag initial default state in the content type area. I don't know why and I need to get it out of the form.

I've never experienced this problem before, it doesn't seem like we've gotten any confirming reports either. My only guess is that you may have some kind of caching on your site that kept these options available even though they no longer existed in the database. Since we haven't heard any confirmation and I can't reproduce this problem, I'm closing this issue directly. Please reopen if the problem still exists in the latest releases.
