Hi

Is it somehow possible to let users change the color of the theme Garland on a user-level instead of admin?
I know it's probably not possible due to how the module saves/generates the custom theme, are there any options available?

I like the look of the color.module, how it works... but I just need the same, but under each user profile (with the right permission)...

I would also be satisfied by having a block on my site with all the color schemes the admin has made. Preferable, the background should also change depending on the scheme set...
