When assigning the Google Translate Links Block on the Block List page, no block appears. This can be confusing to the person building the pages. It would be better to show it or something that indicates success in assigning the block.

What do you think of this approach? When you're an admin and on /admin/build/block, you always see the block, but with the title set to 'TRANSLATE LINKS PREVIEW'.
