[toc] tag automatically replaced with <div>[toc hidden:1]</div><!--break-->

As per subject. I am using this in the php filter, and only toc and php evaluator are turned on.

Not sure why this happens.

After I insert [toc list:ol]
I save the page, then I Go back to edit it, I See it was altered like this:

[toc list:ol]
