so I dont have to add one manually all the time to the info file.
The [theme_name].css file is intended to serve this purpose.
But if you're like me and prefer to start with a fresh, clean, empty CSS file, Zenophile can add one for you automatically when you use it to create a new theme.

Automatically closed -- issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.
-> Create (Mytheme).css inside the CSS folder -> Add the line "stylesheets[all][] = css/(Mytheme).css" on file (Mytheme).info
