"Creative Commons User Defaults" appears both on "Account" and other profile field categories. [#657020]

So, if I make a few fields in a group called "Personal information", the "Creative Commons User Defaults" form will appear both on top of those profile fields and also between the "Account" fields.

Personally I would also be happy with a permission to disable users from setting a per-user default altogether, but anyhow the bug is that the User defaults fieldgroup appears in places it shouldn't on the profile edit pages.

Great module, by the way.

Patch against 6.x.1.x (1.9.2.69) to suppress cc settings on non-account categories.
It makes absolutely no sense to provide those settings on muliple categories.

Simply check category and stop processing form.

And BTW: agree it would be great to disable the per-user default configurability.
