Hi Hub, me again (I promise I'll leave you alone after this one before you call the police and accuse me of harrassment :)

1) Secondary Links (eg "Contact us", "About us" etc at bottom of screen): I would like these to be shown horizontally rather than vertically. I would also like them to appear at the bottom of the page for all situations where the content occupies less than the visible screen size and, for all other situations, I would like them to appear a few lines below (ie I'd like to insert a few blank lines between content and Secondary Links)

2) Primary Links (across the top of the page): I'd like like to shift the Primary links across the top of the page a bit (so that they appear more centred on the white paint "splodge".

Any ideas?
