Taking our site live!

Am about to take our shop(http://nicedeli.com/main/) live next week and wondering what are some troubleshooting things I can do to avoid embarrassing results when customers start visiting, creating accounts and ordering etc?

Right now the 3 issues I'm trying to resolve are:

1. getting multiple currencies working (yes I know about the module, but it says not for D-6) so I can use Paypal, my currency is set to KRW, if anyone know of another comparable solution to paypal which accepts payments in Korean Won please let me know,

2. getting my forums functioning properly, at the moment I'm using Advanced Forums which look pretty good simple and clean but when I created a dozen forum within a Forum they aren't hidden inside the parent folder they all show up in the main forums making a big long unappealing scroll down(http://nicedeli.com/main/forum). Any suggestions on solving this problem or switching to a better forum module(i have OG installed) would be much appreciated.

3. Have rotor banner installed but cannot get it working right, views seems to be really hard to manipulate and the options described in some of the guides just aren't there. for example I can't click on Ajax(enabled in modules) and get the options on transitions and timing etc. Anyone have an easier time with another type of banner ad block? I have a few downloaded but haven't tried them yet..

Otherwise and helpful advice or suggestions on how to make the site run more smoothly or perform at it's best and avoid novice start up errors would be greatly appreciated!
