The idea is to hide the form completely if Javascript is disabled instead of showing the error message like it is now. And have it like a checkbox option on the settings page.

Probably it will require a change in the logic, i.e. don't show the form by default and have Javascript to show it if it is enabled.

The idea comes from the Microsoft KB where they are handling the Feedback form on the articles this way.

I'd be very reluctant to include this. I did have the form submit button disabled on previous versions of the module, but found that even this wasn't perfect.
