I am currently looking for a web programmer to work on the www.mysnowparks.com site. I hope that YOU could be the one I need.

You should have php experience and usability/development experience.

I hope to find a highly motivated programmer who is serious and thorough.

You will work in Drupal and possibly Flash. SEO knowledge would also be a plus.

I expect you to work with this project part time as much as you can manage. You will make corrections and optimize the site and develop new specific functionality.
Compensation will initially be in the form of a percentage ownership in the company.
