If you have a menu which contains language specific links, ALL links show when the block is positioned using context. eg.

Menu
- Item 1 (en)
- Item 1 (fr)
- Item 2 (en)
- Item 2 (fr)

If I positioned that block using the standard block configuration, when viewing on at /en I would see only two links (the two en Items). If I were to view the same block at /fr I would see the other two links. However, when I position the block using context I see all 4 links regardless of which language version of the site I am on.
