OK

- Make a custom bit o content
- Put an access rule of the PHP Code type
- ENTER NO DESCRIPTION
- put some bad php in the Settings field...
- save it

Go look for your new oops "no description" rule
not there...huh..must have not saved cause there's no description...let's just make another

Now spend a few hours trying to figure out why your perfectly fine eval() code isn't working and is throwing a parse error!

Now that's a whacky bug!
