In some cases, $('.menu li').css([whatever]) is invalid [#657762]

JS errors appeared while testing in conjunction with WYSIWYG API and ImageBrowser. module.

This seems to happen when Drupal.attachBehaviours() is called (not sure yet).

This patch fixes it.
