Am I just missing something?

You can select the location using a map, but then subsequently not show the map you selected? Just the coordinates and a link to google?

It's really amusing.

I can use cck + gmap + location to get the info into my site, but people have to leave it to see it.

Or

I can use embed Gmap and people have to leave my site to enter the information, but they can view it on my site.
