Authenticated users see a More Like This fieldset on the node/add pages... But should not have the right to do so, only admins. There is no permission setting for this.

You're right morningtime, there aren't any (visible) permission settings for this module. Also, you have to be user1 to change module settings, even if you are another user that has full admin permissions.
