Multiple donations of the same item appear as one line in cart with no quantity indicated

If a user adds the same donation item to their cart multiple times, the cart status shows a single line item of donation description, unit price and an appropriate extended price but no quantity multiplier to explain the extended price or a method of changing the quantity.
Quantity corrections need to be made by removing the item from the cart and adding it back in again.
