Great module and there is one of the things wich i personally think would be a great ideea:

please take a look at http://demo.xaraya.com/index.php?module=dynamicdata&type=admin&func=modi... ( U must login user Admin and password: password then refresh) there, creating a New Property creates a new row, as you there are a lot of validation types wich might inspire you. At least the row's author the user list and the date is vital, also a quick search-filter by a specific string on table-display might make it amazing
