A little WYSIWYG support

Hi guys,

Each time I create a new site, I have to add a new line to my WYSIWYG install. I'd appreciate if instead you'd add the '#wysiwyg' => FALSE entry to any box that should never be used with such an editor.

I have a a patch attached.
