I wanted to post an issue here to remind everyone that this profile is currently broke because of #330297: Themes in profiles directory not discovered during install. The profile is failing to install skinr, and enable and set the default theme.

Marking as critical because the bug causing this error is critical and now a 6.15 release blocker.

Hmm, poo. Well, I don't suppose there's any way to target a different directory for modules is there? I personally would rather have all these be in sites/all/[modules | themes] anyways, since that's where people normally expect them to be.
