Great module. It solves a lot of problems for me. Only one issue is that when a footnote is listed in a teaser it doesn't point to the node. It expects the anchor to be in the current page which is not always the case.

I'm guessing it's just the way textile behaves but if you can change this behavior I hope you do.

Furthermore, when a footnote is created it will link to /node/add/story or /node/#/edit depending on it's state (newly created or being edited), but not to the published node after the 'submit' button is pushed.
