Hi there,

I just had my first successful recurring fees set up by a customer! Thank you for all of your amazing work.

I am using alpha 3.

I seem to recall that there used to be the option to set up "trial period" amounts. However I am not seeing that functionality available any more. Did it move? Am I missing it?

Not aware of any specific trial period features being in this module. You can set the price of the product different to the recurring amounts.

ya seems like that was scrapped a while ago for some reason. we had to make a $1 trial period as a work around. we're using authorize CIM for recurring billing.

A trail period is built in the WPP handler #569300: Create Paypal WPP recurring fee handler - (the trail feature should be implemented by the payment gateway)

Trial periods is an excellent feature, for instance, being able to offer a first month free. Are you saying that WPP has a built in trial periods feature? If the trial periods is not available if using authorize.net CIM, then it is pretty confusing from a user standpoint. What happens if that were set up but then the customer checked out using CIM? Would they be charged the full price.

As a feature request, having uc_recurring handle that would be fantastic.
