So effectively it looks like a standard width, TWO-column layout.
Other than that it is a nice theme.

seems that it's only when you log in that you lose the three columns.

I have the same issue, but it only appears when I'm in the admin section. The 'right sidebar' appears below the 'left sidebar' on the left. But when I go to the main site, it is displayed correctly.

the right sidebar dropping below the left is a design feature in the admin section (i think it is a good one!)
