Since upgrading imagebrowser 2 to the latest dev my icon has disappeared from FCKeditor and there is just the builtin image button, with a link to Browser server. I seem to remember having to edit to FCKEditor code to include the button originally. It may have been the FCKEditor that was upgraded that overwrote the editing version.

With this new fckeditor plugin do you not need to edit the fckeditor pages?

Did some research... seems this is not a bug in Image Browser... see #497654: Drupal plugin buttons disabled in WebKit based browsers.
