using image.module, if there is an empty gallery meta theme displays both the default gallery (www.example.com/image) to display weird, without picture frames around thumbnails, as well as causing the menubar to display wrong.

i've added an empty gallery, "testing" to demonstrate the problem.
also, if the empty gallery is the first gallery in the list, all the following galleries mimic the messed up display, however as you can see on my site with the empty gallery last, it only messes up the display of the empty gallery, as well as the navigation menu.
forgot to mention, i'm on a mac, running Safari 2.0.3 (417.9.3)
I'm using the latest 4.7.x release of meta theme.
