Cannot submit a bug for geshifilter filter

I tried to create a bug for the geshifilter filter, but it's not listed in the project list. So clicking on the link to submit bugs on the geshifilter project page means I can't actually submit a bug for it :)

In addition, because I changed the project to drupal.org maintenance to try and submit this bug, none of the components were valid, so I couldn't submit a bug that way. So perhaps not putting a dropdown there for project is required, or some javascript goodness, or something :)
