Using Dynamic Persistent Menu Module with Garland Theme

Over in the forums, NEO Ness had a question about using this module with Garland:

Here's a quick garland hack (garlanddpm) that moves the breadcrumb and main content region down and puts a Dynamic Persistent Menu region front and center.

Setup the Dynamic Persistent Menu block as instructed in INSTALL.txt and drop the block in the new dpmnavbar region.
