Would it be possible to have Rotor items hidden by default?

Issue Summary

Would it be possible to have Rotor items hidden by default (for cases where a width and height values are set to "0", which prevents the CSS property of overflow: hidden from working on Rotor styles). As previously suggested, perhaps JavaScript or another method could trigger the visibility once all rotor items have been loaded. Perhaps only load the first rotor item, and then load the rest? Thank you for your continued work on this amazing and super useful module, Mr. Felton!
