could you add the new feature to support biblio_facets for the drupal version 6.x .

Note that there is an issue about this in Biblio Facets: #320429: Drupal 6.x Port for "Biblio Facets" Module. I have just added some comments to it.

I've just finished the port to 6.x and there should be a 6.x-1.x-dev snapshot available here shortly

Don't we need a port for Biblio Normalize in 6.x to work with Biblio Facets or does it work as expected??

Nope, that's only required for the 5.x versions. Biblio 6.x has normalized those fields internally so it's no longer required.
