file not found

hey there,

I have installed the module and activated it; uploaded CSS & JS files to the correct places but it's not working. if I try and access the file through its address, all I get is a 404.

also note that I'm running a single-site installation on a shared host environment.

if I look up example.com/sites/all/modules/example-module/example-sheet.css I can find it; but if I got to example.com/sites/default/files/cssjs/css/example-sheet.css I can't. what's wrong?
