Into "New content settings", from here /admin/build/domain/settings I have checked on this option: "Only show on selected sites", but then why when I go to create content, into the "Domain access options" - "Publishing options" I see anytiime preactivated the opton Send to all affiliates? From where i can change it? Or anytime I publish a content then I need to deselect it?

May be it should be the case, when you didn't clear checkbox on this settings page: admin/build/domain/advanced. I stepped on the same thing, when in testing realised, that I shall remove the checkbox marks on content items under Domain node types field group. As I understood from my tests, these settings override the possibility for regular user to change any directions. Such possibilities to remove Publish to all afiliate sites is only for admins with elevated permissions. Yet didn't find out which permission exactly defines it. But it could be a leed for you.

You have to set the values on admin/build/domain/advanced as well (see the description text under the setting). This is a UI failure based on a late feature request and has been that way since 5.x.1.0.
