For some reason after a few hours or so some of my .js files are being deleted off of my server. I am using coda-slider (which also seems to have an issue with lightbox2 that I cannot figure out so any help on that would be great) and after a little bit the slider stops working. When I look in fillzilla the folder that I had the .js files in is now empty. I have no idea what could be causing this. Any ideas?

I'm experiencing the same issue here. However, this is happening in my local machine.

I did figure out what it was. you cannot use name the folder "js". The system already uses this and that is why your files are being deleted. So just rename the folder and you should be good to go.
