Webmail Plus.

Hey,
I am trying to install webmail right now. I was wondering if there are any install docs out there. I have installed the module in the sites/all/modules folder, but I can't seem to find out which files(if any) I need to modify to get it working.
Here is what I'm seeing as of now( in the modules screen):

Webmail Plus 6.x-1.16 Provides webmail functionality.
Depends on: Mail_api (missing), File (missing), File_attach (missing)
Required by: Messaging Webmail Plus (disabled), Webmail Plus Notify (disabled), Webmail Plus Simple Status (disabled), Webmail Plus Site Users (disabled), Webmail Plus Solr (disabled)
Webmail Plus Notify 6.x-1.16 Notify the user that they have received an email in their webmail plus email account
Depends on: Webmail Plus (disabled), Mail_api (missing), File (missing), File_attach (missing)
Webmail Plus Simple Status 6.x-1.16 Exposes a couple of simple pages that can be used by AJAX libraries to check if the user had a new email
Depends on: Webmail Plus (disabled), Mail_api (missing), File (missing), File_attach (missing)
Webmail Plus Site Users 6.x-1.16 Exposes all local users as an address book for autocomplete
Depends on: Webmail Plus (disabled), Mail_api (missing), File (missing), File_attach (missing)
Webmail Plus Solr 6.x-1.16 Users Apache Solr to implement email search
Depends on: Webmail Plus (disabled), Apachesolr (missing), Mail_api (missing), File (missing), File_attach (missing)

I can't seem to turn on any of these modules.
